Terms of Service

These terms cover use of Grow by an organisation and its users. The organisation owner accepts them on behalf of the organisation.

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, exclusive of VAT. Trials convert to a paid plan only when a plan is chosen. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

Each plan includes stated capacity for farms, users, workers, AI conversations, automations and storage. Exceeding capacity requires an add-on or a plan change.

Downgrading never deletes farm data. Features above your new plan become read-only, and exports stay available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Do not use the service to store unlawful content, resell access, or attempt to access another organisation’s data. Accounts found doing so may be suspended.

The service is provided as described. Grow is not liable for farming decisions taken on the basis of the information in the platform.
