Privacy Policy

Account details, organisation and billing information, and the farm records you enter. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your farm data to sell anything to you.

Your farm records belong to your organisation. Grow processes them to run the service, and you can export them at any time in a machine-readable format.

Data is stored in managed South African and EU data centres with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is role-based: each person sees only what their role allows.

Records are retained while your subscription is active. After cancellation, farm data is retained for 90 days for reactivation, then deleted on request or on schedule.

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information. Requests go to privacy@intelligrow.co.za and are answered within 30 days.
