Security

Access follows role-based permissions. Owners, managers, workers, advisers and billing admins see only what their role allows.

All traffic uses TLS. Data at rest is encrypted, including database backups and uploaded evidence photos.

Administrative changes to plans, entitlements, trials and credits write an audit event recording who changed what, when, and from which value to which value.

Databases are backed up daily with point-in-time recovery. Recovery procedures are tested on a scheduled basis.

Grow staff access to customer data is limited to support roles, requires a business reason, and is logged.

Security reports go to security@intelligrow.co.za. We acknowledge within one business day.
